The purpose of Kingsway Institute Of Education & Religious Studies
Kingsway was established to train men and women for Christian service in the 21st century. Our non-traditional educational delivery system has proven to be very effective in accomplishing this goal. We are committed to the time honored teachings of the Bible, yet "staying in step with the times" to make relevant application of these eternal principles. Kingsway's methods are now becoming the wave of the future for ministry training. In many seminaries, excessive time is spent and emphasis placed on repetition of information that is already common knowledge among most students. By challenging the thinking of students they come to know not only what they believe but why they believe. Once the student comes to this understanding they are much better prepared to minister to others.
We are continually reviewing and adapting our courses to provide our students with a quality Christian education. We currently offer degrees in Theology, Pastoral Theology, Christian Counseling/Scriptural Psychology, Christian Administration/Christian Education. As a graduate of Kingsway you will be uniquely prepared to fulfill the plan of God for your life.

Raising An Army Of Missionaries To Impact The World For Christ

Kingsway Institute Of Education & Religious Studies is a vision given to Dr. Prince Nnams and His wife Rev. Deborah Ugoeze Nnams with a command from God, "RAISE AN ARMY OF MISSIONARIES" to carry the gospel to every part of the world, beginning from Africa. This has to do with this specific scripture: Matt. 24.14 "This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world, for a witness unto all nations; and then the end shall come."

The college started in 1999 in the form of Correspondence Course until 2002 when class work started, and from that time until now, we have trained several students from differents denominations and nations of the world as the vision predicts.

The college today has campuses in different nations of Africa like Nigeria.etc.

The college is for full time and Lay Ministers, Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses, Musicians, Christian workers at all level, people from all walks of life to minister in their church, job and home.

Our approach is to teach you how to study the scriptures diligently comparing verse with verse to discover the tremendous spiritual riches of the Bible, and to learn how to communicate the gospel to others.

KIERS has the vision to make the risen Lord knwon to people and them to make Him known to the world. To establish an Academy that will give Education and Industrial Trianing to men and women and to help those trained to be self reliant, send missionaries to other parts of Africa for the evangelization of the continent, run a missionary school from nursery to secondary level and to establish a Christian Research Centre.

KIERS is an inter-denominational university College for the body of Christ. And our Mission is divided into five parts as follows:
